North Star Myofascial Release

Healing what matters most - YOU!

You’re in the right place.

Welcome and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Jackie Batterman and I’m a licensed massage therapist that specializes in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR). As John states, “Myofascial release is not alternative therapy, it is authentic therapy.” I’m here to help you get back to you, the real you, the most authentic you. The you that lives pain free and without fear of planning a vacation, watching your grandkids, or simply living life. MFR is a gentle, whole body approach to care that meets your where you are and can help you reach your goals.

What to Expect

Myofascial release is unlike any treatment you’ve likely experienced before. In our first session we will discuss your health history and your goals. We will assess your posture and then use hands on, John F. Barnes tried and true techniques to bring you back into alignment.

“In a world that glorifies instant results and quick fixes, it’s essential to remind yourself that true healing requires time and compassion.

Just as a wound needs time to mend and form a scar, emotional healing takes time to leave it’s mark on your heart and soul."
